“There is no future in any job. The future lies in the person who holds the job.”
– George W. Crane.

Are you sure of your next career move? Do you feel you’re fulfilling your hopes and dreams? Do you think you’re in a job that enables you to truly maximise your talent?

Most importantly, are you happy when you go to work?

If you answered a definite ‘yes’ to these questions, you are one of the lucky ones. If not, we have something you might be interested in.

What is it?

The Peak Performance Mentoring Programme (PPMP) gives you the confidence and understanding to know what the right career is for you – and what you can do to get it.

It will give you the energy to push-on to the next level and give your career the boost it craves. Most importantly, it will equip you with the knowledge and belief to go for the career that you deserve.

We understand that making decisions about big changes in your life is important. Changing your job or changing your career without enough information is risky. You owe it to yourself to get the best, most significant information possible to make such decisions.

If you want to be more confident, step up to the next level and have a successful working life, this programme is for you.

What do I get?

  • Four x 1 hour Coaching sessions
  • A six module “Glow with Confidence” Home Study Course
  • A Language and Behavioural (LAB) Profile to identify your motivational and working traits
  • Career guidance based on the results and patterns in your LAB Profile
  • A powerful “Positioning Yourself Successfully on Paper” Hand-out
  • And so much more!

How do I benefit?

By the end of the programme, you will:

  • Understand your motivational and working traits to ensure you only apply for the right jobs
  • Know if you are in the right career, or if you need to change
  • Have gained a better understanding of whether you’re changing jobs too frequently, or not enough

You will also benefit from having two experienced partners, Lindsey Reed and Katherine Wiid, to encourage and challenge you to improve your confidence and career success.

What can my Coaching Sessions cover?

In each session, it’s you who sets the agenda. Want to boost your confidence? Decide if you’re on the career path? Draw-up a career plan? Fine. The benefit of working one-to-one is that we focus purely on what is most beneficial and useful to you.

Below is a guide to what you may choose to focus on, but it’s you that can decide on what our vastly-experienced career coaches can help you with.

  • Challenge anything that’s stopping you from moving forward
  • Plan your career success
  • Discover how to stay confidently on track of your Job Search
  • Explore further career ideas

What is the LAB Profile?

The Language and Behavioural (LAB) Profile taps into your sub-conscious to tell you what jobs your mindset and skills are most suited to.

It is a proven advanced communication tool based on 25 years of research with people in thousands of jobs all over the world. LAB Profile provides unique insights into the below-conscious motivational patterns we have in various contexts.

The profile is simply done with a 30 minute conversion – either face-to-face or over the phone – with our experienced LAB Practioner, who can then work with you to use the information gained to guide your most important career decisions.

There are 14 traits in the LAB Profile - six are to do with your Motivational mindset and eight will look at your Working mindset. There is nothing good or bad about a particular trait – it is a matter of understanding which is the most appropriate in the particular context of work for you.
