Create a Job Description that Motivates
- Decide what the candidate needs to achieve in the first 6 and 12 months
- Capture how you need the ideal candidate to be motivated to do the job
- Write a job description using specific words and phrases to attract the right people at an unconscious psychological level and turn off the ones who aren’t suitable for the job.
- In a 40-minute telephone pre-screening interview, we use the LAB profile to highlight your best candidates. We assess to what level each candidate matches the job not only in terms of experience, but also motivation and attitude.
