Katherine Wiid founded Recrion in 2001 to bridge the gap between what individuals want from their careers and work, and what employers need from individuals to achieve business success.  Both want the same things …

Katherine first became involved in the HR sector upon completion of her  Humanities Degree from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Following a varied early career in recruitment, marketing and public relations she came to the UK in 1995. Here Katherine managed the flagship commercial branch of the Meridian Business Support Group before joining Humana International in Executive Search. She founded Recrion in 2001 and combines her business experience with her interest in behavioural science to enhance her clients' performance.

Lindsey Reed – LCH dip, MP-NLP, Fellow of ILM

A professional licensed Career Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, Lindsey is passionate about people discovering careers that fit with their unique abilities. She has over 20 years experience in the corporate world, including 12 years at a senior management level.

Using her excellent people skills, Lindsey has developed teams and managed multi £m projects within the Financial Industry

Charlie Efford – MA Engineering, Member of Association Coaching, Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy

Charlie is an experienced management consultant and executive coach with over 20 years’ experience of working with organisations in both the public and private sectors.

He has the ability to quickly identify the underlying and critical issues, bringing clarity and simplicity to complex situations. He also has a deep understanding of leadership and how this can be put into practice in the corporate world.

  • Specialist areas:  consulting with, coaching and mentoring managers at all levels, helping them to develop their personal awareness, knowledge and skills.

Jo Birznieks – MCIPD, ILM Internal Verifier and Tutor, Job Analyst HERA scheme

Since graduating from Nottingham University in 1978, Jo has worked in a variety of operational and HR roles within blue chip organisations and large manufacturing companies.

Jo enjoys training and delivering improvements in the fields of Disciplinary and Grievance, Recruitment and Selection, Employment Law and Diversity and Equal Opportunities.
