Katherine Wiid – Founder & Director, NLP Practitioner, LAB Profile Master Practitioner
Katherine first became involved in the HR sector upon completion of her Humanities Degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Following a varied early career in recruitment, marketing and public relations she came to the UK in 1995. In the UK Katherine managed the flagship commercial branch of the Meridian Business Support Group before joining Humana International (MRI), one of the largest headhunting firms in the world. She founded Recrion in 2001 and delivers career management coaching and talent management consultancy to a wide range of clients.

Lindsey Reed – LCH dip, MP-NLP, Fellow of ILM
A professional licensed Career Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, Lindsey is passionate about people discovering careers that fit with their unique abilities. She has over 20 years experience in the corporate world, including 12 years at a senior management level. Using her excellent people skills, Lindsey has developed teams and managed multi £m projects within the Financial Industry.

Jo Birznieks – MCIPD, ILM Internal Verifier and Tutor, Job Analyst HERA scheme
Since graduating from Nottingham University in 1978, Jo has worked in a variety of operational and HR roles within blue chip organisations and large manufacturing companies.

Des McHugh – MCIPD
Des has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including 12 years at HR Director level within FMCG (food industry) environments. He currently supports Companies in handling sensitive issues particularly around major change involving restructuring and redundancy programmes. In corporate life, he operated as a main Board Director and led management teams through Trade Union negotiations and major re-organisation programmes.

Gerry Kitchingman – ILM and CIPD accredited trainer
Gerry's background is in the R&D pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Originally working as a scientist, she changed career course and took a degree in Business Studies at Nottingham Trent University. From there she went on to gain further qualifications in Training and Development and Psychometrics. In addition, Gerry is a volunteer Mentor with Nottinghamshire Business Link where she helps start-up companies to establish themselves.
- Specialist areas: facilitating, designing and implementing training and team development programmes and competency based, performance appraisal processes; and assisting companies in change management.
