The Challenge? Integrating Abcam’s Behaviours into the HR and Recruitment Process
Recrion ran a series of workshops for Abcam, bringing their expansive HR team together from offices around the world (Japan, China, USA and UK), for three days of team building. The workshops aimed to help Abcam’s HR team unlock language using LAB Profiling, in order to help them reinforce the behaviours and values they wanted in their HR functions and in particular, recruitment processes.
What did we focus on?
- Finding out about and getting to know each other
- Learning the 14 Language and Behaviour (LAB) Profile indicators
- Learning to listen more – and in different ways – when recruiting
- How to use LAB Profiling to interview, identify and secure top candidates.
