Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Recrion's Corporate Social Responsibility Policy is evolving! We care about our local community and are eager to make a contribution to support local charities and community orientated projects. We don't have a strict criteria for applicants to meet, simply if what you are trying to achieve is going to improve the lives of others we will give your application full consideration.
What can we offer?
We can offer administrative support and consultancy relating to human resources and career coaching, for example assistance with a recruitment campaign, advice to individuals facing redundancy or coaching on interview skills.
How much can we offer?
As a small business we do have some constraints. On average we donate the equivalent of one working day (8 hours) per month to a worthwhile cause. We regularly monitor and review our performance to ensure that we are meeting our social responsibility aims and goals.
Who have we pledged our support to?
We have offered our services to the following worthy causes:
- Back to Business Club, Peterborough, St Neots and Huntingdon - seminars and presentations to managers facing redundancy on career management and 21st century job searching techniques
- Lincolnshire Police - Stress Management, Confidence and Career Profiling for staff at risk or redundancy at their People Support Event
- Mock interviews for 15 and 16 year old pupils at the Kings School, Peterborough to prepare them for the job market and world of work
- Barrowden & Wakerley Community Shop – Recrion assisted to recruit a shop manager for this not for profit organisation. Advising on recruitment strategy, job and person specification, CV screening and short listing and devising competency based questions for interviews.
