“I just wanted to let you know that I got the job that I applied for! I had the interview yesterday and felt very prepared for it thanks to the notes and guidance I was given on the Interview course. The one main thought I had all through the interview was to maintain eye contact which I managed to do and I tried to look relaxed even though I didn't paticularly feel it!

Katherine brought a great wealth of knowledge, understanding and focus to our outplacement sessions. She provided a calm and measured approach to the R2R (response to redundancy) process.
The LAB profile proved to be spot-on; the advice around developing my CV and networking was solid and well thought out; and the skills analysis accurate; most importantly I found her to be incredibly perceptive. At each of our meetings, Katherine’s style and knowledge base gave me the confidence to take my career to the next level.

I recently returned to the UK from a two week holiday and was surprised at how much I was looking forward to coming back to work.

Perhaps it is because of the great feedback we are getting from the career coaching and redundancy counselling we are delivering under the Response to Redundancy scheme.

That autumn crispness is bringing change to the year and can be welcomed or dreaded depending on your frame of mind.

Redundancy is no different.  So many individuals that we have supported through the emotional and practical issues surrounding redundancy have been able to change their perceptions of the situation they face.

Career coaching is incredibly satisfying and is made more so when our clients give us positive feedback.

I would recommend Recrion as a great place to start exploring the various avenues of future employment.  The friendly coaching style helped me to reflect on my previous work experience and recognize my own strengths and areas of potential.  Katherine helped harness my reflections by making suggestions for alternative careers that I had not previously considered myself.
