Payments and Security
All our site is secure with the latest security systems. You will see the padlock symbol appear at the bottom right of your screen. When you go to the checkout, we take all your delivery details on our website. This complies with the latest requirements for secure hosting.
Nobody else can see your credit card details during this process and we do not hold them on file. Because we know the order number, we can put through a refund if you return something, but we cannot put through any additional charge unless you go onto the website yourself and enter your credit card number on the secure site.
Recrion uses industry standard Internet encryption with 128 bit SSL software developed by RSA Data, and hold a digital certificate from Verisign (an established certification authority) which is compatible with Netscape, Microsoft and Google browsers.
Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks.
Delivery Policy
Orders from Recrion will be despatched within 48 hours after payment is successfully processed. Our products are suitable for the UK only as it contains UK-specific statutory procedures and advice. Charges for delivery of physical goods like books within the UK, will attract a standard charge of £5.00 for post & packing. This charge does not increase with weight or volume. Please call if you need physical goods shipped to anywhere outside the UK.
Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
We guarantee everything we sell. There is a no-quibble, 100% money back guarantee if you return the product within 30 days of purchase. All we ask for with electronic media returns is that you send us an email stating that you have deleted all copies of the electronic media from your computer systems.
Currencies accepted
We accept British Pound (£ GBP). If you pay by credit card from another country, the currency will be converted by your credit card company (Mastercard, Visa or Amex).
