The majority of interest in Recrion's published guide for managers "The Redundancy Action Plan" has come from the UK in the first half of this year.  However, more and more Asia Pacific organisations have been seeking best practice advice from our specialist consultants as their local laws are not as clear cut.  A number of HR managers in Asia Pac have also not had to deal with the scale of redundancies they are currently facing.
